We continue to be amazed each and every day by the continuous outpouring of genuine well-wishing from folks all over the community, banding together to show support for essential workers in San Antonio.
With two weeks left in the campaign, it’s important to remember now is not the time to let off the gas. It’s not too late to jump in, and we welcome participation from anyone and everyone who is interested.
To participate, be creative and show your thanks for essential workers. A show of thanks can be as simple as making heart hands, decorating your car, or recording a short video. Then, snap a picture and share it on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or all three, tagging weheartSAheroes and using #weheartSAheroes. You can also leave a message for the special hero in your life by calling the iHeart Hero Hotline at 210-785-2121, and they will play it on the air!
If your organization has participated or plans to, please send your logo to our VP of Image and Communications Julie Ring at jring@geef-gas.com. Logos of participating organizations will be included in a poster in an upcoming issue of the San Antonio Express News.
